Playing Movies on a Cruz Tablet T105

I just picked up a Cruz Tablet T105 and I love it. However I can't seem to play movies from Itunes on there. I finally was able to copy them over and then change it to Windows Media on the tablet while I had it hooked up to my laptop. But every time I go to play it, it keeps coming up as unable to play file.

I would appreciate your help with this. Thank you.
