Power and communication on same USB port

Hi everybody

I have a tablet that is powered via the unique USB port. I would like to use a USB peripheric at the same time.
Do you know if it is possible to use my peripheric since I charge the tablet? I was thinking about using a hub...

Hi CoachH, congratulations on your new tablet and welcome to the forum. Glad you decided to join us here at Android Tablets. A couple people have mentioned they were going to try using a hub to power their tablet and connect a device at the same time. It sounds as though it would work, but they never came back to the forum to say if it did or not. Hopefully, someone who's tried it will reply here. Enjoy your tablet and let us know if the hub idea works for you.
