Power On Problem

Hi, Hope someone can help. I have a commtiva N700. On the black screen I have a message - SWVer=3.161
Model: FM6-0001
HWVer:103

Power on with pressing VOLUME_DOWN keys to leave Auto-FTM.

I have tried pressing both keys but nothing is happening.

Are you stuck? It sounds like you want to reset your device to factory defaults.

Anyways, I read that you can enter a recovery mode where you can wipe data off the device using `

vol+ and vol- and at the same time press the power button

Try this, and see if you get a screen that looks like this, and try to wipe the device.
