problem connecting to Pandigital tablet to PC USB

When I connect the usb of my R90A200 9" tablet to my Dell Latitude D820 running XP SP3 it can't find a compatible USB driver, even after going out to microsoft to search further.

I have never used this version of the pandigital tablets but does it have an option to turn on usb storage mode? Maybe in the notification bar?
