Problem Cruz T301 USB Debug

OkSo my Tablet has Debugging ON. USB plugged in. and PC on obvioiusly. So the only thing it does is sit there and charge my SD slot in my PC does not work on windows 7 so nothing ther. Hard Reset hasn't worked formatting with the privacy in the settings hasn't work any ideas?

I installed the google usb driver just before I installed the Andriod Market and have had no further issues. I tried to upload it but it failed. Let me know if you can not find it on the web.
