problem with viewpad7

i bought a viewpad 7 i like it but ihave aproblem ai can not download any thing from the market it is stuck at start downloading i tired to sign in to google talk but i could not .
by the way i use a wireless network and throught this network i download google talk to my pc and i am using it .

i made a factory restore and cleared the cach memory


what is th solution
