Problems with new "Android network toolkit" (ANTI)

Hi guys, I have the 7022 and ran into a problem today. I wanted to install android network toolkit to mess around with my home network, but when I got the apk it wouldn't install. There don't seem to be any other versions of the app. I have tried signing the apk with zipsigner,but no luck. Suggestions?

Link where you got the filem from? No info about system requirements?

It just says app not installed? Any specific error? Did you try contacting their support?

Yup, just "application not installed" No error code. I will try customer support, thanks
