I got my Pandigital 9" ereader with android on it. How do i load new apps for it and where do i get them from??

You really should read through the tips and various other threads on the forums here. You need to access the internet via either Android Market or one of the other market apps and select them. Once you do it will ask you if you want to download and install them.
