Samsung chip or which firmware

Hi! to all members,
I'm having problem in determining how can I reset my tablet. It crashed and could not open all google apps cannot log to market. I've tried to reset to factory, from the menu setting, Factory rest but it always restart yet no effect. Got stuck!!!. The worst is that I couldn't even know which firmware should I use to flash it. This is specification of my Tab
