SD Card not seen

My SD card is not recognized. I can't mount the external SD card. The slot doesn't seem to be working. If I put a card in and boot like I'm trying to update, it doesn't see the SD card. Says "insert SD card". Any Ideas?

Be sure to format sd card to fat32 before u try to mount it in tablet. If it is bigger than 4 gigs the tablet probably wont show the accual size of the sd but you can still load stuff on it
