[SOLVED] Downloading Apps

PLEASE COULD SOMEBODY HELP ME,i purchased a basic tablet for my wife for christmas and i still cant download off the app store,everything i try and download a message appears saying error recieving info from server,im losing the will to live now as ive tried all i know

Could you tell us what app you are using to try to download the apps?

i think the tablet is android 8850 and im trying to use play store and my gmail is jamandang1@gmail.com.I have also tried off amazon app store and that doesnt work either

If you have a Google account, use it to log into the Store using a browser. It should tell you on the left side if you have a compatible device. [or not] (you may need to pick an app)_

Go to setting on your tablet under accounts and make certain they match.
