[Solved] Samsung Tab 10.1 Charging Problem

I left the tab plugged into a PC over the weekend and I am now at 80% charge.

This suggests to me the battery, port and cable are working and that the problem is with the wall unit; would you agree?

No. If the PC was not sleeping it still should have charged much faster than that. Even over night. The cable is suspect.

I have ordered a replacement Samsung wall charger and cable.

I will update when I have received them.

SOLVED.

Charging with the new cable and the original wall unit worked properly. From 8% to 100% in a few hours.
