I am wanting to come up with a mobile broadband solution to use with my Android tablet and laptop.
It has to be wifi, is my biggest requirement. I have three options I am looking at. First is Cricket's broadband and their Mifi device, second is VirginMobile's broadband and their Mifi device and the third is VirginMobile's LG Optimus V using LG-PHONES.ORG's simple instructions on tethering.
Anyone have any experience to share about any of these options?
I realize that going with the Android phone option I will have less bandwidth but I am really only looking to use it web surf, check gmail and download the occasional app. The plus side of the phone option is that I will be able to replace my dumbphone with an android phone.
