Stop upload of photos on Transformer Prime

I attempted to upload some photos to Picasa and it won't stop showing the upload arrow in the lower right corner. I have attempted to re-start the tablet and hooked it back to the computer; with no success. Any ideas?

If you have quite a few photos or they are larger files it may take some time. Hard to say.

I want to stop the process because it is not working. How do i do that?

Completely power down your tablet. When you power it back up it should have stopped all running processes.
