unable to upload photos

can any one help with a few issues i have
im unable to upload photos to any site
eg. photobucket/ebay/forums etc, just come up with error, unrecognised file type

also unable to list for sale on ebay, as some of the required boxes you need to click
dont show

although i have flash ,im unable to view and edit my web site, can view in android style
