Tablet As A Video Server?

I have a Samsung tablet with a USB camera attached and the video displays nicely on the screen.

Is there an app that would allow me to share the video over the tablet's WiFi with other WiFi-enabled tablets? I guess that would make it a "video server"?

I think your best bet here is not a "video server" but to find an app that will allow you to VNC directly into another tablet. Have you ever used Windows Remote Desktop? Same concept.
