tablet keeps freezing on loading or unlock screen

my tablet keeps freezing sometimes during loading and sometimes during the lock screen. if i do get to swipe and unlock it it then it will freeze right away. hope i can get some help here are the specs. im running android 4.2.2 dont know much about this.

i did that and still got nothing now when i boot it up sometimes it will let me get passed the lock screen for about 45 50 seconds then freezes i tried factory reset and everything.. this is so frustrating im gonna Frisbee this tablet out the window for sure.
