Tablet with dual-mode display capability for Powerpoint-style Presenter View?

Hi,I'm looking for a tablet replacement for my laptop on which I currently give Powerpoint presentations. The main requirement (apart from an external display connector, presumably HDMI which would need a VGA convertor) is that it should have dual-mode display capability, i.e. able to display different material on inbuilt and external screens to support a Powerpoint-style presenter view (private notes etc on the inbuilt screen). I'd also be thinking in terms of a 10.2-inch display. Also, do any of the various Android office suites support presenter view in their Powerpoint-equivalent modules?
Thanks

Welcome to the forum!

As far as I know there are no Android tablets that support display extension, only mirroring (showing the same thing on both internal and external display).

This is a limitation of the Android framework, just like it (for the most part) will only allow one application to run at a time.

My best suggestion is to check out some Windows RT tablets like the M$ Surface or the Asus VIVO RT tablets.
