Trying to return Cruz T103

I am very disappointed with my Cruz T103 Tablet and need to return it before I toss it out the window. I want to return it to the factory specs bnut using the inane instructions provided by Cruz the resets will not work. Can anyone please help or redirect this to the correct forum...Thank yuou
