Update CMP745

Hi i want to update my CMP745 but i cant found the kernel.img, i found the file for cmp745D and cmp745e but no for my cmp745.
And im trying to update using the kernel of cmp745d with oma JBv1.1 and oma cm9 but i cant pass the logo of android ... someone have the solution for my problem?

Where did you get the 745D img as I dont see it at Craig?
I am looking for mine CMP756
