Verbatim Keyboard Setting

i installed a verbatin bluettoth keyboard, and it works for the most part. However, I can't seem to copy and paste text, which is one reason I bought it in the first place. Nor will it recognize the function keys that have icons of copy and paste function.

Does anyone know how I can modify the keyboard settings? Even if it's an app i have to pay for, it will be worth it to me.

I somehow got it working. I think when I changed the settings to a single language keyboard ... I removed the French and emoticons. Presto!
