Seven-year old grandson has Via WM8850 netbook with Jelly Bean OS. He has forgotten his password. Can someone help me to recover or reset his password?

If the tablet was WiFi connected, at some point it should ask you for your Google login info which would allow you to gain access..

It is WiFi connected, but that did not work. Now, the screen is stuck on the Jelly Bean Display and does not even ask for password. : (

If there are no instructions there specifically for your tablet, try some of the methods for other tablets. One of them will probably work and you won't hurt anything by trying
