which is a better choice?

Im looking at the Maylong M-250 tablet and the Haipad M701, Which would be a better
choice of these two tablets, other than the first I can order from Walmart,and the second would ship from China. Is there a big difference in Android 2.2 and 2.3,and does it make a huge difference in 256MB ram and 512MB Ram?

I have not heard of those tablets, but when it comes to ram, more is always better....

I'm not familiar with either tab but the difference of TWICE the RAM will no doubt be noticeable.
