WIFI Mac address GONE after factory reset

HELP, my daughter accidentally reset her china made android tab. all is well after restart EXCEPT that the WIFI Mac address in already missing and we can't use the WIFI anymore. the unit belongs to my 13 year old daughter and gave it to her a grad gift. any help will mean a lot to her. please see image attached. thanks.

hey pcmekanikoi also had the same kind of wifi problem on my iphone 4S. i got the solution while searching on internet, here it is Wifi and physical connection problem on iphone 4S it worked for me. i think you should also search on internet and i strongly believe that you would also get your question's answer there. thanx
