I have also purchased a special dongle but cant get on the internet. I can't
Even use wi-fi please could some1 help. Many thanks

Do you have other devices that able to access a wifi signal, is there one available? I hate to ask be we have had users that don't realize there must be a WiFi source to connect to available.

Hi Nicola, What kind of special dongle is this you're talking about? You should not need a dongle to connect to wifi if the tablet is supposed to be wifi ready. If this dongle is a usb wifi transciever, does the tablet recognize it? In other words:
1) What are the actual symptoms of not connecting?
2) have you tried connection at McDonalds or some other location with free wifi?

Reason I'm asking #2 is that a LOT of these tablets are really picky about the security of home wifi routers. in other words if it will connect to an open wifi router. Your problem is not in the tablet.
