Wtf?

Today my a500 locked up on me. I took it back to best buy and they said they will have to send it to acer to see if it can be fixed. The screen only shows the android icon and a triangle w/ a exclamation point in it. I tried to reset and had the same result. Has anyone else encountered this problem?
