Youtube will not play

Hi, new guy here. I'm sure this will be the first of many questions. I have a NATPC M900 with ICS which I'm very pleased with - just for surfing and emails. When I put the Youtube site up and try to paly a video it 'greys' outs. I have loaded up adobe flash 11 a couple of times but no difference. It plays bbc iplayer OK but no joy with youtube. Can anyone explain - - - - -in simple terms

Yes please. Others may be able to use your solution to fix their devices .

Looks like he left the building. Maybe he was using the chrome browser. As far as I know, it doesn't support flash and is only available in ICS. right?
