Can't find files on SD Card

I was trying to load a new ROM this morning and now Clockwork cannot see any of the files on my sd card. I can put the sd card into the PC and see files, copy files, etc... but when I put it in the gtab, clockwork does not see anything on the sd card. I can even download files directly from the web to my gtab and the gtab download app sees them but I cannot see them in Clockwork. I think it may have something to do with the partition but I have mounted/unmounted the partition and I still can't see anything in clockwork.

Any sugesstions?

I followed khowto from Bishop of technology. He said remove sdcard, and connect tablet to computer for installing clockworkmod and cyanogenmod. The problem is the internal 16th is sdcard and the external is sdcard2 or emmc depending on rom.
