Got my tablet back!

My tablet arrived back safely today and all is well. The Kindle charger works fine.

The old one! Apparently the charger died-but when I got the tablet back, for the heck of it I tried it and it worked! Very strange. I hope my port is okay. Considering how many times MrBean charged it up with his charger it must be okay. I can't remember if I tried the charger in the outlet I used today though, so that might be it too. Or maybe this tablet of mine is just possessed by gremlins!

I did. They didn't care though. Once the 90 day warranty is up they simply do not care. The fact that the warranty is only 90 days is pretty lame, IMHO.
