Help! Tried Everything!! 3 Problems (7022)

Ive had this Koby 7022 with a modified stock rom for quite some time now.
I'm fully rooted (although keeps telling me that the su binary is outdated and wont let me update)
I'm running Spb Mobile Shell 3D with Widget Locker etc...

These issues have been bothering me from the start. I can't take it any longer lol.

1. Device comes on by itself every minute or 2 for like 10 sec...(Ive renamed the phone apks etc.. and installed wifi lock etc..)
2. The device doesnt hold a charge but for like an hour. When i plug it in, it dont take very long to become fully charged supposedly and drops rapidly. Problem #1 im sure has something to do with it.
3. The sensetivity of the tilt sensor is rediculous. Any way to make it not switch to landscape etc.. constantly when i dont want it too.

For number 1 you can try a battery manager/task killer app that puts the device to sleep and might prevent what ever the rouge app is from waking it back up. Most likely an app that is causing this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/...sMSwxLDEsIm5ldC5sZXBlbmcuYmF0dGVyeWRvY3RvciJd.

wipe the battery stats by booting in to the recovery mode so you can have actual usage summary after renaming phone and telephony.
Uncheck "auto disable wifi after 20 minutes" option in Advance wifi lock.
Turn on Airplane mode and Use power control widget to toggle wifi.
See if it helps. if not than there must be some 3rd party app u installed which is consuming battery and waking tab constantly.
If so than you may wanna reset or uninstall apps one by one.
