How to send via Bluetooth

Hi everyone. Slowly but kinda sorta surely I'm learning about my tablet. I've learned how to send stuff TO the tablet via bluetooth, but can't seem to find how to send something FROM the tablet. I've read the users guide but can't find how to send. Specifically, I'm trying to send songs (mp3) files to other devices. I'll touch and hold the song name to open the menu but "send" is not an option.

Are the tablets only capable of receiving???

Maybe the blue tooth file manager app fromm the app store will help. Maybe not.
