I have a LePan II tablet. I started emailing them in the begining of November, telling them that my tablet is having trouble waking up. I finally found the "contact form", and reported to them at this time, that it would not turn on at all. They did get back to me this time, and had me do the usual power/reset, etc. but it's still dead. I asked several times to send it in, and finally they came back with "It's out of warranty". Well, I told them that it was in warranty when I 1st emailed you of the problem, in Nov.... no reply, emailed them again, no reply, emailed them again, no reply. LePan warranty is worthless!!
