Check Google Play
- PowerAmp
- WinAmp

There lot more...but I tried only those two.

You can take a look a Voodoo Sound also if it compatible with your device.

I recently refalshed my Onda VI 40 with V1.1 angel, it came with play music preinstalled its a bit like Itunes but with a clearer and more user friendly interface, its the best music app I have used, very easy to navigate has an equliser feature and you can create lists, repete and shuffle at will. its realy easy to use and has a clear fresh feel about it, ithink it will do all you require of it

i only use winamp... it is easy to use and i never had an issue with it...
