Need Help!! Honeytab H3

Hi
I have a honeytab H3 10inch tablet from china.
One of my friends borrowed it and then tried to supprise me by flashing a ics on to it but they didnt do it correctly.

Now I can't boot the tablet even into usb mode. So I can't wipe it or flash a new rom.

Please Please Please can any one help????????????????????
I hope someone can help.

If you cant boot at all that usually means a hard brick
