New nooks with blue sticker

As somebody already knows, I have been looking for a new-used nook since I got mine stolen. Should I stay away from the new ones, the ones with the blue sticker on the box? I found one tnat sounds good if it wasn't for the fact that the vendor bought it a month ago and he might be one of the newest with the memory partition.

Gloria,
Don't let that stop you from getting the nook. Mine came with the blue dot on it and it hasn't caused any problems whatsoever. If it does cause a problem, I understand there are instructions on the XDA forum for re-partitioning back to the old format.
