New WM8650 Won't turn on

I got a new WM8650 yesterday. I tried to turn it on right away but it wouldn't turn on. I decided to charge it for few hours but nothing happened.
It doesn't even give me a sign that it is charging or anything.
It seems that it is dead on arrival.

Any ideas?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. I got it MID WM8650 today, put it to charge - no charging indication light, tried to turn it on - nothing happens. As I see on the web there are few other people with problem similar to ours, to some people it happens after a day or two of use. Also, for some people the charging led lights when they connect the charger, but nothing happens when the press the power button. We send them back or we open them? If it is similar to ZT-180 it should not be very difficult:
