Best advice i can think of ( short of plugging in a keyboard and mouse is) call acer support and more than likely they will have you send it in for repair, it should be under warranty !!
did this happen after the current update? because it sounds like what happened to me after i downloaded mine. i have already spoken to acer and with several failed restart trys i will be sending mine in 1st thing monday morning.
