Nook SD card Formatting fat32 or ext?

I just finished setting up the nook with phiremod nook v5.1 and it runs great. I am going to format the 16 gig microsd card and i was wondering what format is the best or should be used. I would like to transfer some apps to it so i can free up the internal memory. Thanks in advance.

all sd cards should use FAT format. high capacity ones like your one should use FAT32
