tablet now stuck on Ainol Logo screen w/colored balls. tried to update firmware, but having problem with PC actually showing the drive in "computer"...driver shows up in Device Manager. I'm a novice...but try hard..anyone with detailed step by step instructions to fix...please Help me out. Item is less than 5 months old. Company I purchased from not very responsive.
