ROM eraser

Hi,
Does any one knows of a ROM eraser?
Basic something like a formating tool for traditional HDD.

Why do I am looking for this? I've a frozen Tablet that I can put the old ROM in to it, and the ideia is to try and totally wipe the ROM to have a clean start.

What kind of device do you have? I know for the g-Tablet we have the NVFlash tool, which re-partitions the entire device and basically nukes everything on it. I would think there is something similar to this for other tablets.

You probably also accomplish much the same by just repartitioning via Clockwork come to think of it, but I may be wrong there.

EDIT - got NvFlash from [UTILITY] G-Tablet Format - xda-developers going to give it a try

EDIT 2 - My tablet does not connect to a PC, so I dl the zip, unzip it to SD card, and started the tablet. Nothing happened (tryed both in the format folder, and with only th files in the SD), am I missing something here? The tablet at this stage in frozen at the initial screen.
