Switcing off

I'm having trouble switcing my Onda Vi40 off.I'm holding the button and a screen askes me if i want to 'power off'. I click 'ok' and 7/10 times switches off and comes straight back on?
Can anyone Help

Try using an app called quick boot. That might help you shut it down completely.
