when I turn my tablet on after it has been off or sleeping for a while it starts up fine but then it will shut down within minutes for no reason and it takes about 5 min to come back on....battery is fully charged or its plugged in, then once it is up and running again its fine..should I be sending this back I have only had it for 4 days

Did you ever solve the problem eh93067? I'm having the same problem after 4 weeks of use. It has got so bad now that the tablet constantly restarts, it has become a very expensive paperweight!
