i have to do some research on how users use tablets. is the interaction with the tablet any different than with a mobile phone? if so, how? i cant really find out myself, i dont have a tablet to try it out.

An Android tablet is very much the same as an Android phone in the way it functions, without the phone hardware built in. There are newer and newer versions of Android coming out on a regular basis but they still function about the same, just more compatible with the larger screens on the tablets and more eye candy. It is much like the difference between using and old desktop PC running Windows XP and using a new laptop running Windows 7.
