Won't connect to wifi

my son has a craig CMP738b and he cannot get it to connect to his wifi. It goes to authenticating then disconnecting then starts again. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If it never had been able to connect, I have 2 suggestions. The first would be to restart your router. Then, (making certain you have the correct pass code), long tap on the connection and tap forget. Then try connecting again.
