10" Tablet for project

I'm looking for a tablet with specs similar to:

1024x600
~10" screen preferable - other sizes okay (mainly resolution is important)
wifi b/g
3G a plus
doesn't matter what version of android really, needs a web browser.
~300$ price give or take (obviously less is better)
hard drive doesn't matter
sound card needed
web-cam doesn't really matter
looking for a reliable manufacturer

any advice? I've scoured the net... more and more it seems like "wait for CES" is what people are saying.

Is there a matrix/chart somewhere of all of the available tablets and their specs? If not, something like this could be hugely helpful for anyone in this community i would imagine!
