App suggestions to something similar to is on the New HTC Jetstream???

Is there a app to download that you can use on the Samsung 10.1 that is similar to the HTC Jetstream that allows you to capture whats on the screen and write on it with a tablet pen??

If you have the upstae touchwiz you have a little app that you can use to scrible on and save it. Use your finger or that special stylis they sell...It's allready in there. It's call pen memo.
