Best 10.2 A8 Cortex Tablet, where to buy

Im looking for an A8-Cortex Android tablet with 10" screen....i was wondering what are the most reliable ones available so far and what were the prices. I was also wondering if there were new ones coming out soon and if it was worth waiting.
