Can some one help

I just got my apad 10.2 and up in the right corner it says register, and some times asks me for a license key. i dont know where am i suppose to do this or get the code its asking for.
i recieved the pad by mail from china and it cam with just the box head phones antenna and really small manual. no codes or keys or where to find them and its affecting the usage of some features can some one please help. thanks

There should be no need for you to register. This should have been a final step completed by QA at the factory. You should be able to contact your vendor and get a registration code. Otherwise, you will have a nearly useless tab.
