Can't connect Nextbook 7 to wi-fi at home???

I just bought a Nextbook 7, but can't get it to connect to wi-fi at home?? It worked fine at Starbucks. Everything else works at home. We have tried everything the instructions say to do, but no luck??

Have you done the firmware update available on the website? It is supposed to address WiFi problems. I have no problems with the NextBook 7 on my home WiFi.

firmware update solved my problems too... check out my post (complete with video) Nextbook Premium 7, connection and speed ... works better than expected now !
