Change ROM?

Hello,
I've searched around and thought that I'd be able to find this, pls point me in the right directions if it's out there...

I'd like to change ROMs, from TnT harmony to VEGAn, on my gtab.

Would I boot into ClockworkMod and then just install the new ROM from zip (after backing up) or is there something else I'd have to do first? like uninstall the existing ROM?

when changing roms always do a backup and then make sure to wipe both data and cache and do it multiple times and then install the new rom all of that can be down through clockwork
